Pasta Alfredo with Coriander Sauce

Ingredients
- 8 Ounces Husk or Mexican Tomatoes
- 3 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Ounce of Coriander
- ¼ Cup of Water (For the Sauce)
- 8 Cups of Water (Pasta)
- 1 Pound of Tagliate or other pasta
- 1 ½ Teaspoon Chicken Broth Powder
- 1 Cup of Alfredo Sauce
- 9 Teaspoons of Extra-Virgen Olive Oil
- 10 Ounces of Mushrooms
- ¼ Cup of White Wine
- 3 Tablespoons of Teriyaki Glace Sauce
- Dry Tomatoes in olive oil
- 4 Ounces of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 5 Ounces Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- Course Salt
Steps
Mushrooms:
- Grilled the cut mushrooms and one garlic clove in small pieces.
- Grilled the mix in a medium size pan with 3 teaspoons of olive oil 5 minutes.
- Add white wine and cook 5 minutes.
- Add the Teriyaki Glazed Sauce and cook 2 minutes.
Sauce:
- Blend the husk tomatoes, 2 garlic cloves, coriander, 3 teaspoons of olive oil, salt and ¼ cup of water.
- Place the mix in a medium sized pan and cook 12 minutes.
- Add the Alfredo Sauce and cook 3 minutes.
- Boiled 8 Cup of water, Put the pasta and Boil 10 minutes.
- Drain Pasta
- In a large-size skillet set the pasta with the rest of olive oil.Fried 2 minutes.
- Add the sauce to the pasta. Mix well and cook 2 minutes
- Set Pasta on a plate
- Cover Pasta with the mushrooms, Shredded Mozzarella and Parmesan Cheese.
- Cover the plate with dry tomatoes
- Serve Warm
