Pasta Alfredo with Coriander Sauce

This plate is the perfect fussion of Italian Pasta with an Alfredo-Coriander Sauce.

Ingredients

  • 8 Ounces Husk or Mexican Tomatoes
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Ounce of Coriander
  • ¼ Cup of Water (For the Sauce)
  • 8 Cups of Water (Pasta)
  • 1 Pound of Tagliate or other pasta
  • 1 ½ Teaspoon Chicken Broth Powder
  • 1 Cup of Alfredo Sauce
  • 9 Teaspoons of Extra-Virgen Olive Oil
  • 10 Ounces of Mushrooms
  • ¼ Cup of White Wine
  • 3 Tablespoons of Teriyaki Glace Sauce
  • Dry Tomatoes in olive oil
  • 4 Ounces of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 5 Ounces Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • Course Salt

Steps

Mushrooms:

  • Grilled the cut mushrooms and one garlic clove in small pieces.
  • Grilled the mix in a medium size pan with 3 teaspoons of olive oil 5 minutes.
  • Add white wine and cook 5 minutes.
  • Add the Teriyaki Glazed Sauce and cook 2 minutes.

Sauce:

  • Blend the husk tomatoes, 2 garlic cloves, coriander, 3 teaspoons of olive oil, salt and ¼ cup of water.
  • Place the mix in a medium sized pan and cook 12 minutes.
  • Add the Alfredo Sauce and cook 3 minutes.

Pasta:

  • Boiled 8 Cup of water, Put the pasta and Boil 10 minutes.
  • Drain Pasta
  • In a large-size skillet set the pasta with the rest of olive oil.Fried 2 minutes.
  • Add the sauce to the pasta. Mix well and cook 2 minutes
  • Set Pasta on a plate
  • Cover Pasta with the mushrooms, Shredded Mozzarella and Parmesan Cheese.
  • Cover the plate with dry tomatoes
  • Serve Warm
