HONGO:  Tambien se les llama setas. Al igual que los Champiñiones son los hongos mas conocidos. Un homgo es aquel ser vivo que no cuenta en su formación con la presencia de clorofila, su reproducción sexual es por medio de esporas. Los hongos son bajos en calorias, aparte de tener gran cantidad de agua, contiene proteinas, vitaminas,  minerals y fibra.
