PIMIENTA DE CASTILLA:  También se le conoce como PIMIENTA NEGRA. Es la pimienta recolectada, cuando todavía no esta  madura, que al dejarla secar se pone negra y se arruga.

CASTILLA PEPPER:   Also named BLACK PEPPER. A pungent condiment made by grinding the dried unripe berries, together with their black husks, of the pepper plant.
