Ingredients
- ½ pound Husk or Mexican Tomatoes
- ¼ Cup of fresh lime juice
- ½ pound of Panela cheese or Farmers cheese
- 3 teaspoons of Worcestershire Sauce
- 3 teaspoons extra-virgen olive oil
- 4 teaspoons ground roasted pumpkin seeds
- 2 ounces fresh coriander
- ½ Purple Onion
- 2 ounces celery
- Course salt
- 1 Avocado
Steps
- Cut in ¾-inch cubes Panela Cheese (Farmers Cheese), husk Tomatoes, the celery, the purple onion and the coriander. Mix them all in a bowl
- Combine the lime juice, the worcester sauce, salt and ground roasted pumpkin seeds with the mix. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes
- Put slices of Avocado on top before serving.
- Ready, serve cold.
