1 yellow pepper
2 red tomatoes
2 green tomatoes
3 garlic clove

½ finely chopped onion

Instructions:
Clean the inside of the peppers, roast them with the tomatoes and the garlic. When the skin of the peppers and tomatoes turns black, peel them, and crushed everything, add the rest of the ingredients. You can used it with roast meat or chicken.
