SALAMI:  Embutido echo con carne vacuna y carne y grasa de cerdo, picadas y mezcladas en determinadas porciones, que, curado y prensado dentro de una tripa o de un tubo de material sintético, se come crudo.

SALAMI: A highly seasoned type of large sasuage of  Italian origin, typically made from chopped pork or beef and often garlic, and served in slices. It can be eaten uncooked.
