Manteca vegetal

MANTECA VEGETAL:  Está echa de aceite de soja, aceite de semilla de algodón, monoglicéridos, diglicéridos y ácidos cítricos.  Tiene un sabor suave y neutro. Se usa en recetas que necesitan grasas.  La Manteca vegetal puede durar hasta un año a temperature ambiente.

VEGETABLE SHORTENING:  Solid fat made from vegetable oils, such as soybean oil and cottonseed oil,  which had been hydrogenated to create a solid.  Is virtually flavorless, and is used to make bale goods light and flaky. At room temperature can last up to a year.
